Designed to handle the punishing demands of cross-country racing, the tower is flanked by a lightweight yet impact-tolerant 3D-printed nylon mask, engineered for field serviceability. Front and center sits a high-output DENALI D4 light unit, delivering unmatched visibility in the harshest night stages and desert conditions.

What truly sets this setup apart is our proprietary crumple-zone integration system — a modular frame design engineered to absorb impact forces during crashes, preserving the integrity of critical navigation equipment. This innovation wasn’t born in theory, but through rider feedback, crash data, and real rally experience.

To take it even further, we’ve embedded ±200g accelerometers to capture real-time shock loads, giving us unprecedented insight into how the system behaves under extreme conditions. But we didn’t stop at physical testing — our Digital Fatigue Analysis platform has simulated thousands of rally kilometers, running virtual back-to-back races on our dedicated workstations.
